Talking about the current times, there would not be any person on this planet who is not aware of the power of computer systems and the enormous utility that is has proved to be in recent times. Coupled with the advantage of Internet, computers have become the perfect medium to work around anything across the business arena or simply to enjoy oneself with the vast knowledge base that it is equipped with. Seemingly, the web can be called a limitless and absolute utility that has ever been invented. However, we cannot really say the same about its host the computer system; as a machine it has its limitations and if we are not aware of its storage capabilities we might as well have Disk Space Finder 1 with us that can help in measuring data that takes up space on the system.
Disk Space Finder opens with a vibrant looking interface with the main options placed at the left panel wherein various files and folders are placed that are visually depicted on the main screen in the form of a colorful pie chart that covers the usage of space in the system easily distinguishing between the usage spaces. This kind of presentation makes it easy for a user to delete any file which is not required and this can facilitate freeing up disk space. The program scans up the system and finds out folders that take up the maximum disk space and presents the results in the form of a pie chart allowing the user to have a peek down the largest folders until unsolicited data is found that can be removed.
To conclude, Disk Space Finder can offer a whole lot of assistance to several computer users in terms of measuring the usage interactively and hence gets a rating of four points for its impressive working.
